Fire: Must meet the fire prevention by-law. No Euroclass specified art. 30
Height: 4 m, 6 m set back 1 m and 7 m on two storeys with certified drawings art. 38
Deadlines: Stand plans, 30 days before the opening art. 37
Carpet: With double-sided tape or on a platform, no glue art. 39
Hanging: Nothing from the structure without written permission art. 39

How we comply

Fire. B-s1,d0 fire-retardant board and Bfl-s1 carpet. Both are accepted at all these venues, and also at IFEMA's Palacio Municipal, which is the strictest.
Certificates. Each material comes with its declaration of performance and classification report, and we hand them over with the stand's spec sheet.
Electricity. Halogen-free RZ1-K (AS) cable, class Cca-s1b,d1,a1, and an authorised installer's certificate.
Height and ramps. We design within each venue's height limit, and the platform has a ramp as wide as the venue requires.
Deadlines. We send you the dimensioned plan, elevations and perspective before the venue's deadline.
Batteries. VR headsets, tablets and tools are charged outside the venue.
Waste. We separate wood, metal and textiles, and at breakdown we take everything away.

Questions

What does the Feira Internacional de Galicia in Silleda require?

Plans for a custom-built stand 30 days before the opening, and a maximum height of 4 m, 6 m if set back 1 m and 7 m on two storeys (Normativa General, art. 37 and 38).

Can batteries be charged at Silleda?

No. The rules forbid it inside the venue “under any circumstances” (art. 49).

Which venues in Galicia publish their stand-building rules?

Silleda and Expourense. IFEVI, Expocoruña and the Palacio de Congresos in Santiago do not publish them. Each show's organiser issues them.
