Materials, fire and dismantling
What goes into each stand, what fire class each material has and what happens to everything at breakdown.
Reaction to fire, venue by venue
Fira de Barcelona and IFEMA set a reaction-to-fire class (UNE-EN 13501-1) for walls, ceilings and floors. Our fire-retardant board is B-s1,d0 and our carpet Bfl-s1. Both are accepted at every venue, including IFEMA's Palacio Municipal, which is the strictest.

The materials sheet
Every stand comes with its spec sheet, listing the material of each element, its fire class and its certificate, for the build-up paperwork and for your company's report.
Lighting and electrics
- All the lighting is LED. At CONAMA 2026, the stand's lighting adds up to 265 W, and with the screens and chargers, about 540 W.
- The cable is halogen-free, RZ1-K (AS), class Cca-s1b,d1,a1, which is the class IFEMA and its Palacio Municipal require.
- Headsets, tablets and tools are charged outside the venue, as IFEMA and Silleda require.
At breakdown
- The joints are screwed so the stand can be taken apart without breaking the pieces.
- The platform is made of OSB and fir modules that come apart.
- We separate wood, metal and textiles, and take everything away.
- The plants are rented and go back to the nursery. The moss is preserved and needs no watering.
